Shipping and Warranty


Production and delivery time – 30 working days.
Our bicycles are made only after receiving an on-line order.
The customer can find information about the progression of the order on the Site and via email.


All Pagani products sold on-line are delivered by UPS and traceable up to their destination.
On delivery, the customer must check that every item indicated in the transport document is in order and not damaged, wet or altered in any way.
Any damaged or missing item must be reported immediately on the transport document and communicated to Pagani Bike via email at
After signing the transport document and accepting the goods from the Courier, the customer can no longer make any claims about the goods received.

The Pagani bicycles are assembled by hand and many of the components are tailor-made by Italian artisans.
Pagani Bike gives a 24 month guarantee on the purchase of every bicycle starting from the date of issue of the invoice.

If the customer has any complaints about the goods received, they must contact Pagani Bike.
Where the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, the goods must be sent back with all the components of the order, including the packaging and the relative documents. If the product arrives at Pagani Bike damaged, the customer will be informed as they must then make a claim to the Courier who delivered the goods. Pagani bike will in no way be liable for damage, theft or loss of the returned goods. Every risk will be exclusively at the customer’s expense.

When the returned goods have been checked, Pagani Bike will then reimburse the entire sum paid for the Goods/Services within 14 days of receipt.
